This is an event that the whole family can enjoy with the 5mile taking place @ 10am followed by the Family Run (2.7Km) @ 11am. We will help you achieve a personal best time for the event with expert training advice in the Irish Runner Magazine and online at www.irishrunner.ie. The Irish Runner 5 Mile is part of the brand new Athletics Ireland Race Series 2018.
