An Event Licence (formerly ODL) is required for all non-members.

All non-members participating in sanctioned Cycling Ireland events are required to have a Event licence (ODL).
This will provide you with full insurance cover when participating in the event. This includes Personal Accident cover & Third Party liability cover. More detail on the insurance can be found here
